G D Architects Limited is a dynamic architectural practice that offers its’ clients quality service carrying out work as Chartered Architects, Party Wall Surveyors, Principal Designers and Project Managers. We are a Chartered Practice registered with the RIBA and ARB.
Our company was established in 1999 to develop a more personal approach to projects and client relationships after ten years of practice experience in Skipton, London and Johannesburg. We have undertaken a significant number of new build housing projects and always maintain a portfolio of private house commissions, flat conversions and change of use proposals including the alterations, re-modelling and extension of existing homes. We achieve planning consents where complex site constraints have presented substantial obstacles.
The practice is based in Croydon but offers its’ expertise to clients in the Greater London area, Sutton and Bromley. Our architectural approach embraces a diversity of design directions thereby delivering freshness to each project and client.
GDA is an Architectural Practice delivering a full range of Architectural services through all of the RIBA Work Stages. Commissions have been for whole projects from pre-project planning and inception through to completion including some limited appointments for specific work stages, including:

Our Principal is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors [FPWS] and the Pyramus & Thisbe Society, highlighting our commitment to professional party wall legislation and procedures.
We are committed to designing and delivering projects by providing continuity through our Project Management Services. We typically take a Lead Consultant's role thereby ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
